Sky credit after cancellation of Broadband

I have a £23.93 credit showing on my latest bill after cancellation of Broadband. This was at a property owned by my late father who died in January and I kept the account going until the house was sold. As the house is now sold and passed over to the new owners we're in the process of distributing the estate and would like to get this credit refunded. The Direct debit I set up is still active so how can i get this refunded please?

Firstly, who was/is the account holder, you or your Dad?

@Daniel0210

I took over the account so I am. I managed to find the Chat option so all sorted now. The refund has been authorised and will be in my account within 3 to 5 days.
