Paid bill. Still no broadband

I paid the outstanding bill late lastnight amd I'm very disappointed to say that i still have no broadband. It shows on ny account I owe sky £0.00 but yet it still also states there is an outstanding payment to be made. Can this all please be amended and put right as soon as possible please?

How late did you pay? If your bill was  more than 14 days overdue,  you'll have to pay next month's bill in advance  too.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend won’t be processed until the following week as banks are closed.

@Charmers74  You also need to setup a new continuous payment method if you haven't already before restrictions are lifted
