Swapped out & upgraded 3 phones on my contract just before Xmas last year.
Swapped out & upgraded 3 phones on my contract. Why am I still paying for one of the old phones I swapped out. There was damage to the phone when it went back but the payment was taken in full the next month. I now have 4 contracts in use currently but im paying for 5 phones for an extra £9.75 a month? Can someone tell me why please?

Do you see a credit on your next bill for this payment ?
When you swapped was the value Sky gave you for the phone enough to pay off the credit agreement in full ?
Did Sky confirm that the device was now paid off or did they lower the value they gave you due to the damage ?
