Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDo you pay by a direct debit because of you do and the first attempt at taking the funds fails Sky will always try a second time 10 days later so is this what has happened here ?
The credit can be refunded and help can be arranged via here for you if you would like ?

Hi no that's not what has happened here. For some reason they removed my details so DD could not be taken. As I wasn't aware the bill wasn't paid as die on the first of August. As I didn't receive any communication I was unaware of this until I went to use the service last week and couldn't. It was then I had seen the details needed updating, which I did as well as make the payment from the overdue bill. Yet I've been billed for it again today. If there is a way to get the funds back I'd really appreciate the help. Thank you for your response
