Over charge on account

I rang on Monday as i noticed a £7.50 Broadband Boost which wasnt there before.

Spent a long time being passed around but was eventually told that the charge would be removed and refunded. Its not Friday and its still showing. How long do I wait before having to phone again...............

Have you checked future bills to see if a credit is showing for the expected amount?
