Offer

Can anyone help I have received an email from sky offering to pay part of my bill to get back on track.  Have tried to speak to someone about it to see if it true getting nowhere.

@Jo293 Maybe this is something a Superuser can escalate to the online support staff?

 

I've not heard of Sky doing this myself so I'm 50/50 on whether it's genuine or a scam.

I've not heard of this type of offer. In fact if your arrears last 56+ days Sky can and do totally cancel a subscription. 

As your services are restricted it's not something the Messaging Team will be able to help with. 

When you say you're getting nowhere trying to speak to Sky about it that's quite normal. When services are restricted all calls to Sky usually only prompt you to,pay what you owe.

@Anonymous Not without a copy of the image, plus we should be able to tell straight away based on how the customer is address

If it does then what does it say that you have to do ?

Hi thanks for your reply

it tells ne to either chat or ring the sjy number. However it just sends me round in circles wont let me talk to anyone about the offer 

so frustrating   Didnt know if it was a scam but the number is sky

As stated above  @Josie33 if it addresses you by your actual name then and the fact it wants you to call suggests it could well be from Sky.

 

Are your services currently restricted ?
