@Justletmeakques Well, you need to ring Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel. You're speaking to fellow customers on here and Sky can't identify you from a forum post.
You can see if your bill is going up via the My Bills section of the My Sky app.
If your minimum term discounted deal is ending then unless you contact Sky and negotiate a new one (with another 24 month minimum term) of course it'll go up because you'll be paying the standard price.
