I have had my account restricted due to late payment, I've just paid the outstanding amount which I've got the proof of but it has not registered so it's still asking for the full amount again and I have no access to speak to anyone about this

Find out more@Nova+Rose You also need to setup a new continuous payment method before restrictions are lifted, in addition payments are not processed by banks at weekends or bank holidays so restrictions may not be lifted until Monday at the earliest if you're only paid today
