Moved Home!

I  have recently moved home of my own accord as there was a dish already at my new home? I need to change my address and set up a new DD but sadly having searched though all the boxes i seem to have lost my sky ID Card. I still have my equipment but how do i get a replacement card and change my address? I have tried to search the sky website to no help?

@andrew1883  What you should have done is call Sky to do a home move before you moved, you'll need to now call them to see if they will send a new card and upate your address details.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@andrew1883 have you checked for a signal from the dish at your new home?
