Not received broadband return packing
Hello I'm on holiday and didn't receive my broadband return packing before I've left and trying to contact sky.
The virtual assistant just keeps sending me to the help pages docs and it says sky messenger is closed. To ring sky will cost a fortune from Australia.
Any ideas on how to contact them?

Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Depending on how long you are abroad for you're likely to be charged non return fees. Return the hub asap and keep your proof of posting. You should eventually be reimbursed once it has been received and processed.
