Help,

Hi, I have signed into my account and tried to add a new device but I keep getting an error message saying that we cannot process the request and to view the status of the account. I only had one device on there??

All you can do is to call Sky to ask them to place the order for you so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
