Account credit / compensation
Hi ! I was wondering if anyone could help me (I've tried the chat box and no help ) I'm due some compensation due to them not being able to install my WiFi at all does anyone know if the credit will automatically go into my bank account or do I have to request that myself as I won't be using sky anymore as a service

It usually goes on the account as a credit which will happen if you are yet to leave Sky and then you can request that it is refunded to you once you have left Sky.
