Good morning, I have had reminder messages that I have an engineer coming in 3 days to set up my sky tv, I can't provide access to the cupboard in the building due to it being a shared building with apartments. When I go to my orders on my account it says I have no orders in progress so I can't rearrange the appointment I have rearranged the appointment twice before to give me more time to get access but I still don't have access, I also don't want to get charged. Can someone help me please?
