Re: No HBO CHANNEL
@Sueyork7 they're not channels. They're available (with an eligible Sky subscription) via apps. Sky+ equipment, where you originally posted, does not support apps.

Re: No HBO CHANNEL
@Sueyork7 HBO Max and Netflix aren't channels per se on Sky Glass/Stream, they're seperate apps that Sky's interface can see into to list episodes, let you add their shows/films to your Sky planner etc.
If you've not set them up yet, go into each app and follow the sign up instructions (each app/service will have their own user account you'll need to create - only needs creating once per service though).
HBO Max/Sky sign up: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-hbo-max?irct=web-tv_hbo-max-how-get-f...
Netflix/Sky sign up: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-activate-netflix
Disney+ is similar to the above except that they do have a dedicated Sky Cinema channel as well as the app/service: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/existing-or-new-disneyplus?irct=web-tv_disney-faq2
Bedroom: Sky Glass gen 1 43” dusky pink, Apple TV 4K.

Hopefully it's just the case that you need to go through the sign-in procedures.
It's unfortunately not entirely unknown for customer service agents to offer subscribers a really good renewal price by covertly moving them to a cheaper baseline product which doesn't include bundled access to those apps.
