Next months charge

Please remove the charge from next months bill, I haven't sent anything back as fibre broadband  has not been installed yet

My broadband box, they are charging me a fee for not returning , but awaiting for open reach to do their work

I think there is some details you have missed here so are you being charged because you are getting a replacement broadband hub from Sky when you change to fibre ?
