The previous tenant left the apartment in which I now live and I now cannot register my account at this address.
@Tatyna It sounds like they may not have cancelled services, they need to do this before you can request a service from Sky.
But they left and I have no connection with them.

@Tatyna you need to reach out to the previous owners/tenants and get them to either cancel or transfer out their services
until they do this you won't be able to get sky service in your name at the property
if you are unable to reach out there is very little sky can do
It was social housing and I didn't know the previous residents. They moved out and left several months before the kansil gave me this apartment. And I do not have information about the previous resident of this apartment.
Have you spoken to the council about this and explained the situation to them because perhaps at the very least if they have an address for them they could contact them for you explaining what has happened.
