The previous tenant left the apartment in which I now live and I now cannot register my account at this address.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tatyna you need to reach out to the previous owners/tenants and get them to either cancel or transfer out their services
until they do this you won't be able to get sky service in your name at the property
if you are unable to reach out there is very little sky can do

It was social housing and I didn't know the previous residents. They moved out and left several months before the kansil gave me this apartment. And I do not have information about the previous resident of this apartment.
