New services purchased but says postcode can’t be recognised

I've purchased my new sky package this morning ready for when I move into my new property and was told I could track my order on the app. I've created a sky id but when I put it my postcode it says that it is unable to identify my account with those details.

I've already had an email from DPD saying my parcel is out for delivery but I need to change this as I don't move into the property for another 2 weeks.

As you only ordered the package this morning I would give it until tomorrow morning to see if it then can identify your new account, if it doesn't post back here for help.

Are you able to do this via the DPD website/app because even if you Sky account was working you wouldn't be able to reschedule the DPD delivery via it.

Thanks @caesarome will try again tomorrow morning to see if it resolved then. 

I've tried on DPD but the latest they are showing is the 16th which is still too early. I was told the puck wouldn't arrive until just before my activation date of 26th April and my hub will be sent to my current address where I'm living, so didn't realise it would be sent out so soon after ordering
