Upgrading my broadband

Can someone help. I need to upgrade my broadband to the Gigafast but I can't do it online as it won't let me and it seems that the phone lines are now closed.

Yeah I did think that. Such a pain as I was a couple of minutes late from when they closed their phone lines.
