I was sent a new router as I had an engineer come as the old router was knackered. Called sky and told them the engineer recommended a new router. They told me it won't be charged but I looked at my bill and they are charging me. If I can't get this refunded could I cancel the contract altogether?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt might be an admin/postage charge? (You don't own the router anyway)
If you're not bound by a minimum term then you can give notice to cancel at any time.

The contract is quite clear, "The Wireless Router and any Boosters are Loaned Equipment supplied to you at no cost and remain the
property of Sky (or another Sky group company) at all times."

No just charging for the hub. And there's a delivery charge. But I'll have to speak to them.
