Credit refund

I have £200 that got carried into my credit balancr. What does this mean? Can I get this refunded back to me?

What was the credit for? That will determine whether it remains in your Skybaccount to pay future bills or can be refunded to your bank account.

I paid £200 for my bill then they took £259 to pay off the same bill. The £200 I paid went into my account credit. But I'm worried that it will take it out of my main bank account instead of the credit. I don't know how to access my credit on sky mobile app

So you made an unnecessary manual payment then Sky took the amount on a direct debit or continuous card payment?
