New customer gift card

Hi all,

 

When I joined Sky I was told I would be sent a giftcard after a certain amount of time which I have.  Only issue is that when I've tried to use it in Sainsbury's/Argos as it says I can they have said it isnt being accepted when they type in the giftcard number.

 

Any idea what I can do as that £75 would come in really handy to help my daughter with some Uni bits.

@Mishelle1  How long have you had the card as it does have a expiration date 

 

is there not a number on the back of the card that you can call?

It was sent via email and only has a card number and pin with it.  It also has a barcode which I assumed code be scanned but Argos said they had to enter the code.  

 

It was sent by Giftcloud so think I might need to contact them.

@Mishelle1 if there's any contact information within the email for giftcloud then I agree you would need to contact them directly
