New Sky Offer not applied

When I try the self services options for upgrade or renewal I always get a technical difficulties error page, call customer service.

 

I called Customer Service, got a great offer, got the email confirming in my personal and sky inbox, yet it doesn't appear to have applied to my account. I have called customer service asking for help but they say I'm confused by the emails.

 

All I know is that my account shows half the offer for half the services and my predicted bills doesn't reflect the offer. I'm lost as to how to ask for help?

Is that your current bill or the following one that you are looking at ?

It was my future bills showing the Sky Sports with the new offer but the ultimate missing it.

 

I have called Customer service again and got a new deal which I am happy with, just waiting to see it apply to the account.
