New Customer Price Increase

Hi, We signed up with Sky last week as a brand new customer after being with Virgin for over 20 years. I have just recieved an email saying it's going up £6 per month? I connected the pucks today and the broadband service is due to be connected until the 2nd April.

We've not even had the pleasure of using the service yet and it's already going up. Surley this can't be right?

Anyone else have this happen and did you get any resolution?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If you signed up in March then, yes, prices go up in April.  (Although I thought new customers have 60 day price protection - re-read that part of the contract you agreed to)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
