You'll have to provide some details, first. And bear in mind we're customers here with no sight of your bills and no access to your account.

If it is high then call Sky to see if they will offer you a discount.

Also i hardly doubt Sky are "stealing" from you, they are just charging you for the services you agreed to pay for. Stealing would be them taking money from you without you getting anything in return.
Its quite simple, if you are outside your minimum term contract give Sky a call and you will then be able to either negoiate a new deal for a new 24 month commitment, or perhaps be able to remove any packs you no longer require.
