Netflix credit

I currently have a credit with Netflix but because my Netflix account is now part of my sky plan Netflix are refusing to refund me until I cancel my sky plan - anyone else had this ?

That is correct.   Netflix will hold it until you return direct.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
