Subscription charge for Sky Signature

I have received an email from Sky

Here's a summary of your TV subscription changes:

Effective from 1 April 2025, the service(s) below will have the following price change(s) per month:

Sky Signature £4.00

I have never signed up for Sky Signiture, so why would I be charged for it? Any help would be welcome. Thank you,

Hi @tarren   Sky Signature is the base subscription. How long have you had Sky Q?

Hi @tarren   So what is your base TV package called? It will be on your bills.

Hello MightyQuin, I never check my bill, just pay it. I signed up for the cheapest package, Entertainment, I believe. But I have been paying for Signiture for the last 12 months, so I'll have to continue or rethink my membership of Sky. Thank you for your advise, much appreciated.

Entertainment is a legacy package.  If you've renewed your discounts then it would have involved switching to Signature.
