Netflix charges even though I’m already paying it

Hi, 

I'm in need of help, I've already got an account for Netflix premium but on my billing page it's saying I'm paying for Netflix premium that I'm already paying. 

how do I get rid of the payment on my bill so that I'm not paying for it twice.. as it's said before the Netflix premium got put on that I was meant to be paying £41 a month

 

and now I'm paying £54 a month..
