Netflix account issue

Thought I'd come on here and see if I can get any assistance.

 

I decided to cancel netflix subscription through Sky back in May. 

 

I have now gone into my netflix account to reactivate it through netflix, only to see that it says it is still being billed through Sky. i contacted Sky and spoke to an advisor who say the netflix contract ended on the 25th June (what i had paid upto) and to contact netflix

 

Netflix say I need to contact sky because as far as they are concerned the subscription is still with Sky. They won't help. Sky can't help further as they see the subscription has ended

 

Has anyone else had a similar issue, and not been able to get their netflix account unlinked to their sky account.

@JonathanR87  Netflix are liable for this as only they can unlink an account 

 

speak to Netflix again saying nothing other than asking to unlink your account once unlinked you should be able to login back into the native Netflix app and restore payment directly to Netflix

speak to Netflix again saying nothing other than asking to unlink your account once unlinked you should be able to login back into the native Netflix app and restore payment directly to Netflix

Sky have unlinked my Netflix account when they shouldn't have done and I cannot find anyone who can help. I've re logged in on sky q box and makes no difference

@Johnb1980 Sky themselves can't unlink your account from Netflix as they don't have the access required 

 

speak to Netflix as they are liable for any unauthorised actions on your account

Well they are paying for it anymore yet it's in my package. Sky usually would credit the account every month but that's stopped and I've been charged by netflix . I haven't done anything. Except pay of course !!
