If it the same offer that I my vip rewards and you are on Sky Q. Sky would have add the ultimate tv pack to subscription as this is the way give basic Netflix with ads on sky Q. If you want to cancel and you have not been put on a minimum term for this product you will have to wait till the beginning of your third month of you free term and contact Sky customer service to give 31days notice. If you try cancelling before that it will be sujust to to giving 31 days notice but you will lose the rest of free period.
