Change payment date

I'm trying to change my payment date for this month but it says it starts on my next bill but I need it to start on this month's

If it is saying the date change will start on the following months bill then it is because you have left it to late to do it against this months, this can be the case if your bill is due in the next 14 days or less.

If you pay by DD then a failed collection will be reattempted after 10 days.

 

Note changing payment date doesn't just change the date - bills may be lower or higher as they are recalculated.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
