My bill

I took on a new package a week ago on a two year contract. Sky glass with sky ultimate tv including sky broadband super fast. I was told by the operator that the total cost would be £50 per month I double checked this with her several times that this would be the final price however I have looked ahead to my June bill and it says £47 for tv and ultimate plus £24 for broadband. That was not what was agreed can someone help please.

What did Sky say when you told them this?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I haven't yet but I'm guessing their calls are recorded so they should have a record.

Ill call next week just wondered if anyone else had this happen.
