I'm not computer literate  have new number  can't change it and struggling to renew my account I'm at the end of my tether can someone help me please

@Daniel161 Can you ring Sky? 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone.

 

The staff at the contact centre should be able to do this for you.
