Refer a friend

I was referred by a friend and joined sky broadband and sky stream.  From friends message from sky I completed and gave sky stream account number, was unable to insert sky broadband account number, I had purchased two items.

Today received e mail suggesting I had not taken up on friends referral, require confirmation.

We're other customers here... We cannot confirm that.

Are you saying your referral had been declined, if so did you only use their referral link and nothing else to sign up to Sky ?
