My bill

I recently paid my bill which was over £130 and my next bill is over £160 why has it gone up? When i agreed on a plan a few weeks ago the amount i was. Told was £69 a month.... Why is it so much all of a sudden, what makes you think people can afford this much?

You are not talking to Sky here but to other customers.

If both your next two future bills are wrong it might be that the discount you agreed with Sky has not been applied correctly so you would need to call them back about this.
