Linking accounts

I set up a Sky stream about six months ago hoping that MySkyApp would update and add it to my broadband account which was set up about a year before.

 

Sky created a new Sky account for the TV and to date only shows info TV related.

Consequently I still retain a previous account which still is the source for my Broadband account. 

In summary I have two Sky accounts. As the TV was the most recent to be set up whenever I log in I can only access that.

 

My previous account used for broadband info remains active info but I am unable to log into it, as MySkyApp only recognises my tv log in details.

 

Both accounts share the same email address but different passwords.

 

i have tried numerous ways of trying to

log into my original account, but it appears Sky only recognises the most recent account (TV)
