We are customers so can't see your bills.

 

For which service?
Are you a new customer?
Any non inclusive calls made or picture messages sent if you're referring to Sky mobile?
Any premium rate numbers or calls over an hour if you're referring to Sky Talk?

which service is this for?

 

if phone have you made any out of plan calls?

I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.

 

You would have to call Sky for individual billings queries but if you answer the questions we've asked it may provide some info that may help us point you in the right direction. 

Be aware that the annual price increase is due which may have already impacted your latest bill.

No need to apologise but if you could perhaps post an image of your bills making sure any personal info like phone number, names or account numbers is blocked out we can take a look.
