I’m afraid you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer to customer forum where we try to help each other.
You would have to call Sky for individual billings queries but if you answer the questions we've asked it may provide some info that may help us point you in the right direction.
Be aware that the annual price increase is due which may have already impacted your latest bill.
