My Sky App, view tv package

hi I can't view my tv package on the my sky app. Instead I receive the following message

 

Unfortunately, we can't complete your order online

Any ideas?

The problem resolved itself. I think I added discovery plus out of office hours and system had a melt down. All fixed now. Thanks for your help

I've called Sky so many times and they can't figure it out.
