Hello, I am really shocked at my Sky Bill increasing without me knowing.
1 February - 29 February
Can someone please advise if this is a universal increase to all customers, or is it just me?
Thanks,
Mo

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUltimate TV gives you access to Netflix via your Sky account instead of paying Netflix directly themselves.
As for your issue, it it appears to be what we said earlier and that is a discount you had has ended.

There's a general price increase in April. (Would hit in March due to in advance charging)
EDIT: Looking again, your NetFlix (Ultimate TV add on) discount has expired. (It stopped on 4th February)
Have you made any recent changes? Or has it simply expired?

PandJ, thhanks for the reply
As you can see Netflix is already mine and Sky Sig* expires next year.
I am aware of the April price rise 😞
Any other ideas?

Thank you, it looks like I will be removing Netflix - unless they offer me £1 or £2 a month.

That is unrealistic I'm afraid...
