I have received try found that I have been paying g for multiroom. I haven't used multiroom for over 3 years but charged

If you didn't cancel it by contacting Sky they will have correctly been charging you. Contact Sky to cancel giving the appropriate notice.

The fact you have used it doesn't come into it because if you no longer needed it then you should have cancelled it when it was no longer needed so as stated above you can cancel this now by giving the required 31 days notice.
