Unable to contact Sky

When calling Sky Talk, I've been told the department was closed. 

However, a few minutes earlier I had spoken to someone in Eastern Europe.Has this happened to anyone else?

Sky does occasions have staff training which might be why you heard that message when trying to call them.

Simply call Sky on 150 from your mobile to get customer services...

This is the number I have:ends in 1165 and I have used throughout.  I used it on Monday and was expecting a callback about my Broadband order but the automated message says the team is closed (though it's not 9pm)

If you have a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile phone then try 150.
