Mr fed up

5-6 months ago I ceased having sky . I went with EE who sorted everything out on my behalf . Now I'm getting emails for an unpaid bill . I've tried ringing , 3 different numbers to ve precise n have recieved the same message.  No one can be spoken too until I've set up a payment 1st . Why is this ?

@Dm67

Billing continues throughout the notice period, in fact bills are generated 14 days before the payment date so it seems liike you cancelled your payment method too early. That bill will need paying and any overpayment will be reimbursed by Sky.

Hi @Dm67   I'm afraid that only you or Sky would know that.

@Dm67 which services did you have from Sky?

If you had TV services another provider cannot sort it out on your behalf. Its only a phone and broadband service that another provider can cancel as part of the One Touch Switching platform that the ISPs use.
