Unable to access help, having issues with internet and tv not working consistently

So I was having issues with my Sky TV and they sent an engineer out who said the inconsistency cant be fixed because of my roof and a neighbours tree. He said that with the summer months I was going to see more disruptions and the reason I didn't see anything in winter is the lack of leafs. Right okay, thats annoying but I still have a netflix add on and cause I have a package it's pretty much the same as paying for netflix. Next up my Internet starts to consistently fail, I go through all the steps online and it's fixed itself. Next day same thing, I have to turn off all other devices connected to devices and it's fixed. Next day, the support pages give me an "access denied". What is going on?! Not even sure how I can cancel but tempted to stop the payment until I chat to someone. Please don't link me to help articles I cant access 🙈😂

Tempting as it might seem cancelling the payment method is definitely not recommended. Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.

You might want to consider switching to Sky Stream which doesn't rely on a satellite dish (providing you have good enough broadband speed

If you're not 'in contract' you can give Sky a call and give notice to cancel. If you're in contract there will be early termination charges if you cancel broadband. You won't be able to cancel Sky TV, but you can still switch to Stream.

 

Stopping payment won't help in any way. In fact it will make things worse, because Sky will refuse to talk to you until you reinstate payment. You can, of course, speak to Sky now, which would be far more sensible

I know you are right but this is so frustrating! I just want someone to contact 🙈  the pages are loading again so here we go again 😂

Im not on social media and the help docs just bring me on a vicious cycle again. That bot makes me want to tear my hair out. 😭 I cant see a number anywhere to call...what am I missing?

150 from your Sky landline. Other landline numbers are given at the end of the relevant help guide, so you'll have to sort out the help error to see them. 

 

Use your browser, not an app. Close all Sky.com websites, then clear your browser cache (cookies, temporary files etc). See your browser's privacy settings menu if you don't know how to do it. Then try the link:
