Moving house and want to change to Sky Glass

I currently have Sky Broadband and Sky Q.  I am due to move house in the next few weeks and want to change to Sky Glass when I move.  I can't find a way to do this online. Can you advise please?

Hi @domlynch90   I would change now to avoid the complication of booking a home move and change at the same time. You should be able to change to Sky Glass online logging on to your My Sky at sky.com. Sky are falling over backwards to promote Sky Glass. If you cannot see it simply click on TV, breadcrumbs at the top, and choose Glass.

@domlynch90  You will need to call Sky on 150 from your Sky Talk Landline.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thank you, and then is the move bit relatively straightforward from then?

@domlynch90

Timing might be tricky: you'll probably need to have the Glass set delivered to your existing address and activate it there (which cancels Q) and then move it carefully to the new place.  Remember to take the Q hardware too, because you'll have to return that.

@domlynch90  You have Sky broadband therefore you have a landline/Sky Talk Pay as you Go package.  Calls to 150 are free.
