Im charged twice for my broad band when i paid it last month now asking for 2 lots again

@Stuntboy2k7 Have a look on your account, go to your broadband bills, and look at the entries, if wrong call sky!

This might have happened if you have made a manual payment when there is no need to as Sky will take it from whatever payment you have setup on your account so if this is the case do you see a credit on your account ?

No i dont they are sayimg its due im up to date but yeah i paid it as thry told me too pay in full before it gets cut off

@Stuntboy2k7 Know one know's what your account payments are like, but you pay 30 day's up front right away, then the steady monthly cycle, be late with a payment, then sky insist you pay up, and also request further additional extra payment, if not then they will restrict your account and cut you off, not even talk to you until everything is squared away again!
