Cancel Sky Sports

I mistakenly subscribed to Sky Sports instead of TNT Sports and want to cancel the subscription. I subscribed about 15 minutes ago and have been trying (without success) to cancel via telephone as well as through the Sky Messaging chat (seems pointless as it just seems to want to take me to cancelling the whole Sky package and only want to cancel sports). Any advice please would be greatly appreciated as I do not want to get charged for both Sky Sports AND Tnt.  Many thanks.

You will have to do as you have been and trying to get in contact with someone at Sky about this as we are just customers here so can't help I'm afraid.
