Moving house again
I moved home six months ago into a tempory rental and moved Sky at the same gime. I am now moving to my new home and wish to move my Sky again. The website say my move is booked, but it is not, this relates to the old move and I'm unable to book a new house move. I'm unsure how to fix this issue, and the bot was worse then useless.

You will need to call Sky about this and when you do try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
