Moving home

I am moving house on 15th January 2025. I will be in temporary accommodation so do not need sky. What do I do with my package and boxes until I get new premises

If you are within a minimum term contract then you cannot cancel.  So you'll have to continue paying for your package even if you cannot access it via your boxes.  If you are not within a minimum term then you can give 31 days notice to cancel.  (And would have to resubscribe later - but you will not be considered a 'new customers' so the best deals won't be available to you)

You have to give 2 weeks notice for a home move - so perhaps worth doing now.  You need to keep hold of the boxes if you do not cancel.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

That's far too short a notice period: broadband has a minimum ten working day lead time.
