Billing help

You have sent me an email to say to get in touch about help to pay my bill but it is impossible to speak to anyone. The live chat link you sent me on the email doesn't work. I can't get through on the phone until the bill is paid but I cannot pay the bill at the moment. It's very fustrating, how can I actually speak to someone at Sky?

If your services are restricted due to non-payment then they will not speak to you until the bill is paid...

 

Your services will remain restricted until you do pay.  If you are particularly late in paying then you'll also have to pay the following month's bill too (and incur late payment charges).

Thanks, but that's reidiculous, how can they say get in touch to discuss it and then you can't get in touch.

You may be able to work around it by phoning from a number they don't recognise, or using the 141 prefix to withhold it.  (If the automated line recognises you then it won't let you pass until paid in full)
